We ship our products internationally to all countries.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders within the United States typically arrive within: 5–7 business days (standard shipping)
Delivery times may vary slightly based on location and carrier conditions. International shipping outside the United States takes between 10-12 business days.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns of our products. In the event that the product is damaged, please refer to the instructions under Damaged or Defective Items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Svelt arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@svelt.us with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Final Notes
We do not accept returns on items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear. If you have any questions before or after placing your order, we’re always happy to help.
